Here’s everything you need to know before you place your order.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
We like to keep your shopping stress-free, requiring only the information necessary for delivery and corresponding purposes. Setting up an account will only take a jiffy and by doing so, we ensure even easier and faster shopping next time.
Where do you deliver?
At the moment we deliver to Metro Manila:

- Taguig
- Mandaluyong
- Pasig

- San Juan
- Manila

- Parañaque
- Las Piñas
- Alabang
- Antipolo/Marikina
If you wish to order, but are not in our delivery zone, you may request for a courier delivery at your own cost. Contact us at 09778124595 or kalipayanfarm@gmail.com to arrange for a courier delivery.
How much is the delivery fee?

Is there a minimum order amount?
There is no minimum amount.
When will I receive my order?
We deliver daily. Cut-off for orders and payment confirmation is 4pm a day before delivery. If you did not make the cutoff, your order will be delivered on the next delivery day.
For harvest bags (and weekly harvest bag subscriptions):
Delivery is weekly. Orders will have a cut off on Thursday and will be delivered over the weekend at the available time (the best time is between 2 to 5pm).
For cooked food orders:
There is a lead time of 3 days.
For rice:
These can be ordered, delivered and picked up daily.

For planting materials:
There is a lead time of 1-2 days.
What time will my order arrive?
Your order will be delivered between 10am and 5pm.
However, traffic and extreme weather conditions can be a pain, so we ask you to be yoga-flexible. If we are caught up in traffic or bad weather, we may have no choice but to deliver the following day. Hope that’s cool!

How do I pay?

Will my items still be fresh?
Yes. Produce is direct from farms weekly and stored properly in refrigerator and air-tight containers.

Pick ups will be at Kite Kebab Bar
131 Tordesillas St. Salcedo Village, Makati
Store hours: 11AM-10PM daily
